“Clients” are vetted and access is only provided to “true” end clients.
This ensures “Clients” such as Contractors, Government organisations and firms providing Consultancy services are directly connected to the “Consultant” working under their own personal services company,
A confirmation E-mail is sent to advise once your account has been approved and activated.
Once a suitable candidate profile has been found follow the prompts to confirm the role offer and acceptance with the Consultant.
Once activated you are provided with a password and are free to start searching and contacting consultants.
If you are a freelance independent contractor and work under your own personal services company.
Start by registering your details to set up your account.
Enter personal details as prompted in the profile page.
Before your account becomes active at least 50% of the profile must be complete and information is checked for validity.
For supporting documentation we request documentation pertaining to Professional Membership, educational qualifications, Professional Indemnity Insurance and a CV.
Once approved your profile will be searchable by our extensive client base. These are end clients and not agencies. If your status is set as ‘Immediately Available’ your profile will also be sent out in a targeted mail list to relevant end clients this will also include a list of those set at status ‘Open to Offers’. Furthermore we actively contact and match available consultants to clients.
Based on the basic profile information received the client will make contact with you via one of our facilitators. This will potentially lead to interview and a commission direct with the client.
There is no Fee to register your details as a consultant and to make your profile searchable to clients.
There is no fee for a Client to register and search the database of available Consultants. There is a basic 15% commission once the Client engages a Consultant and agrees a rate and start date. There is a higher rate of 30% if the Client requires a “C2C consultant verification”.
This involves a face to face interview assessment, a background check and provision of documentation related to professional body membership, professional indemnity insurance, educational qualifications, 2 relevant references and confirmation of eligibility to work in the UK.
Currently C2C facilitates a platform for Client and Consultants to meet and engage in the Construction, Infrastructure, Rail, Highways, Aviation and Oil & Gas sectors.
C2C is an open database available to all eligible Clients and Consultants without upfront Fees allowing Clients to contact consultants directly via this website.
Basic checks are carried out by C2C however our primary purpose is to provide a platform to facilitate direct connection between Client and Consultant and therefore to ensure costs are kept to a minimum it is the Client’s responsibility to pre-interview Consultants, seek references and ensure relevant due diligence. However if the Client does not have the time or capability to do this a full C2C consultant verification is available if required.
